Francesca Foglieni

Francesca Foglieni is Adjunct Professor at the Design Department of Politecnico di Milano. She is PhD in Design and her research interests are focused on the integration of the service design approach and the evaluation culture, both at theoretical and pragmatical level. She is involved in research and consultancy projects concerning the design, innovation and evaluation of services from both the public and the private sectors. She is Senior Advisor and Project Manager of the Specializing Master in Service Design, and general coordinator and lecturer of the Higher Education Course in Service Design for Business organized by POLI.design Consortium. She’s also lecturer in service design studios and courses at the School of Design of Politecnico – Master of Science in Product Service System Design.
