Zuzana Peskova

Zuzana Peskova is a Service Design expert at frog, a leading global creative consultancy and innovation strategy firm. She believes that building solutions around a holistic understanding of people, behaviours, and the systems they exist in – can bring value to both users, the market and the planet.

Zuzana’s work spans from crafting strategies and realising market-shifting ideas, to building products and services that address emerging needs, behaviours, and technologies. She works at the intersection of multiple disciplines such as strategy, experience design, technology, and industrial design; continuously combining and developing new methods to evolve our approach – ensuring we always take the entire system into consideration.

In the past Zuzana has held various workshops on Service design methodologies at conferences such as Service Design Days, UX Strat and the UXLx conference.
